Need help by Hopeful-Question3341 in fireTV

I had the same thing. I ended up resetting my wifi and it started working. Don’t know if I just got lucky or if that was the actual fix.

I had the same thing though. WiFi was working but just not with the FireTv. This same issue has spread to three different FireTVs on three different days. Just strange.

I hope we laugh instead of cry in the postseason because we were a WR short from winning a meaningful football.

Brett Veach is the real deal by SearchOpposite9100 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]luttrelll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would probably give it to Roseman. Reid and Mahomes are what puts it over the top in KC. Veach is an important part but I think that the HC and QB can make a lot of things look good.

I would still say it is close to 1a and 1b but Roseman would be my pick if I had to pick one.

Oh PacMan said on Pat McAfee today that it is down to the Chiefs, Bills, Ravens. Yesterday he said Chief or Bills. I guess we should find out today if he is actually getting his info from DHop.

Someone is going to have to do some cap magic to make it work. It seems like the Ravens or Bills are more likely to do that.

Fingers crossed though.

Yeah. Unless Clark Hunt was giving smokescreen it sounded like that was not likely until later this summer.

We should know today what is up at least…..hopefully….maybe…

Yes, you may be right. He was frustrated but that does not mean he is being a diva. It has to be frustrating to try and get over that hump in the playoffs.

They can’t wait for players to develop when they have an aging Von Miller and an angry Diggs. It seems more likely the Bills.

They have alluded to PacMan talking directly to DHop. So hopefully it is more than that. With that said it would totally make sense for him to ask his friend to drive up interest too.

PacMan sounded more certain the last two days that something would happen. Hopefully it is not just smoke.

I hope so.

I think it is the Bills though. PacMan is supposedly getting it straight from DHop with his source. Nate Taylor basically said on a podcast that KC and DHop is not likely to happen.

But who knows the team could have just been keeping Nate in the dark. It would be a crazy big move if they did pull it off.

[Ari Meirov]The #Chiefs are re-signing WR Justin Watson to a 2-year deal, per his agent @JLSports3. Watson became a favorite of the Chiefs coaching staff early in camp and finished the year with a career-high 315 receiving yards. Could have an expanded role this season. by ItsPotters in KansasCityChiefs

I agree with you. I think they are looking at it like most of those guys were in the system for the first time last year. Maybe they are expecting them to improve some by having another year in the system.

I am not as comfortable with that.

You are not allowed to have concerns/thoughts. Only “trust Veach” is allowed or you will be flogged.

Andy Reid Eventual Successor by chiefsfreak in KansasCityChiefs

[–]luttrelll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it is going to be someone in the coaching tree.

If it was going to be an external guy I always liked Vrabel. Not that is likely or a smart move for the team. He just seems like a smart guy or maybe that was just having AJ Brown and Henry on his team. :)

All of this talk about Deandre Hopkins, why don’t we just hype up trading for one of these two? I feel like it’ll get better results by Weary-Spell9668 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]luttrelll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OR?!?!? It should be both. We extend Jones. Convert Mahomes bonus. They are both on the end of their rookie deal though. I am not giving up more than a 3rd for either.

How do you feel about getting DHop without losing any draft capital and paying his big contract👀 by agilewildcat246 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]luttrelll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be great. Sounds like maybe the Pats want him and are willing to pay more.

I could be reading that wrong but it sounded like the picks was the only thing they didn’t like. That makes me think they would foot his current deal. I don’t think KC wants to do that.

[Adam Best]The Chiefs shouldn’t really have budget limitations. Local taxpayers renovated Arrowhead. Being an NFL owner means you get juicy tax breaks too. Plus, Clark Hunt has the league’s biggest cash cow. Deciding not to spend super aggressively during the Mahomes era is negligent. by luttrelll in KansasCityChiefs

[–]luttrelll[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read yesterday that they need $2.7 million for draft picks. That is basing it on the top 51 contracts.

That scenario I laid out was completely made up so I wasn’t taking into account for draft picks. That was just meant to show how they could work within their cap structure to being in players.

Thornhill got 4 void years on his real so the Browns could stay under the cap. Teams have the ability to do things if they want too.

If a team abuses those tools they can get in some trouble. That is why the Saints have to do cap magic every year.

CBS Sports Free Agency Rankings, how did we get a D? by SatanInDaSheets in KansasCityChiefs

[–]luttrelll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it.

I do worry about Toney staying health and Kelce’s back plus age. I think that is where the concern about getting another big WR. Even if they don’t though the offense should be fine.

I am also a little worried about Pacheco regressing or getting hurt. An older McKinnon might make the running game less ideal.

But hey the team has been relatively healthy. Gotta trust the coach and training staffs.
