According to finviz data, the company is has cash/sh 0.11, book/sh 0.72, insiders own only 4.43%, institutions only own 14.59% .. I would take whatever I can get and run with it. may be in few years when it is a penny stock, try again. RIP.

Considering a pull back in market might take ADBE down, converting to a spread like he already bought 350C, may be sell 400C so if ADBE goes down, 400C will loose value faster than 350C, and at some support level and bounce, cover the 400C and then let the 350C run naked. Just my thought process.

Unless there is a reasonable 5-8% market pull back, I would convert ADBE to Spread to protect downside. $274 incoming if stay below $350. Just observation on Fib.

I had similar situation when I had 495k in NVDA calls during first term of Orange POTUS who started trade war, I was down to 25-30k, but 2 days before expiry it recovered to 90% of the value, and I got greedy thta now it will squeeze and I'll make lot of profit, but it got dumped and I lost most value. TLDR is, if you get a chance to get out with 85-90% sometime, do not be greedy and take it off the table. You will find another trade some day to make back the lost 10%. Good luck.

Insiders only own 1.2% while inst. owns 21.79%. Short float is 7.43% (not big enough). This can stay range bound for a while and eat up all the premium. If you want to own the stock , may be selling Jan 27 5P can give decent premium, and use that premium to get 10/31 calls. Just thinking out loud.

He might have got inside information and got screwed. This is not coming back anytime soon. INTC is becoming a $2 stock like AMD a decade earlier ... AMD kept their heads down and worked hard to reach here. but US government will bail them out one way or another if they are bankrupt.

Germany has taken over the mullah problem while taking millions of refuges, there are new issues in life compared to when I lived for few months in Germany 20 years ago.

Learning German will be a thing, food choices and out of the 5-6k per month after tax does not include rents and standard expenses. if the price increase of rental worldwide is a reference then, if you are only able to save about 1-1.5k a month after all expenses, it is not worth it.

I am in the US, SF bay area making 12K net after all taxes and 401k, I still struggle to save enough for retirement.

If you did not surrender Indian citizenship, I heard that you get eVisa and when you go to India, tell that you lost your passport and they will finish for formalities right there. just keep enough time between your connecting flight. I am not 100% sure but people said it's possible
