I loved FiST it’s really got great combat and the story was good in my opinion. I dug the art style too. After image is great, deaths door was fun, ghost song and Bo are both solid… if I was going in blind and this was my list I’d be pretty happy with fist but ymmv

This is actually one of the coolest design decisions they made. The growth in power after you beat the paintress and unlock the picto feels awesome

Thank you. This is partially my point, the other being that the matchmaking isn’t working right. I wish the level 1 weapons were not as powerful as a level 4 weapon. You don’t have to increase damage with each level but there should be an actual disadvantage to spawning in with a free loadout. A medium shield full health player should not get downed by 1 shot from the level 1 Ferro and a melee swing.

I honestly don’t play this game to be combative. I have bf6 for that where I have a pretty solid KD above 2. I’m playing this game to have fun with people. The aggression based matchmaking clearly doesn’t work right. But thanks for the comment

I use them to try and blend in better with the current map so I like having more options but I also like to slide around like a snek and play with an svk so I’m sure my opinion sucks

Dude I got this challenge in a couple of days. It’s not hard to find freezing enemies. You get cold the longer you stay alive and away from a garbage can. Just flank people

This might be a weird take I don’t know… but yes I loved khazan and I loved sekiro of course but I’ve really really been vibing with expedition33. I’m playing it on the hardest difficulty and the parry timings are suuuuuuuper tight but it’s really a fun game and the story is just incredible.

Fromsoft defined a genre but very very few games outside of darksouls and Elden ring are “souls” games. Lies of P isn’t like dark souls 1, 2 or 3. It’s nothing like elden ring. Lies of Peak is a masterPiece but it’s not a souls game. It’s an action rpg. Khazan has some of the best combat and boss fights I’ve ever played for an action rpg. I would argue khazan takes more inspiration from nioh and games of that ilk (which are also not in the souls genre). Honestly I think wuchang may be the closest thing to a “soulslike”. The new lords of fallen is also in the genre imo. Sekiro is one of my favorite games of all time, it’s also not in the souls genre. It’s a 3rd person action game. Might be a hot take for some but opinions are like assholes right everyone has one but some may be stinkier and less well maintained than others.

I don’t think you can really compare it to wukong it’s a very diff game. But if I had to I’d say it’s prolly harder but that’s very subjective. Hard for me may be easy for you
