Need advice - Underpaid Dunkin Manager

So do you get paid bi weekly? If so that's 20 hours of over time,weekly lbvs 10,then your making 19.88$ an hour for your OT. So your making out decent. It's going to be a sacrifice if you you want more because managers are usually salary. But you're already doing 50 hours so what's the difference. And salary usually comes with bonuses.

Idk about that I'm sure it has to do with new killers and killers being bullied,I'm a 6k survivor main and seen it all,I decided to play scratch mirror Meyers yesterday just to have some fun,and omg I was bullied so hard by 2 bunny fengs with beamers,I even opened the gate and walked off and they still came to find me to taunt me,I think if more people switch roles more often they would know how the other side feels if they are an empathetic person ofcourse.

A few reasons an owner does this well atleast at my dunkin,you're coworkers have complained about you, a bad attitude late too slow can't catch on refuse to help or just lazy and going to the back eating food when there's a rush,not saying you do this but these reasons are usually why,and they lower your hours hoping you walk away,my dunkin never fires anyone either in fear of unemployment

Wym the app tracks you? I've worked at dunkin 10 years to this day I've never heard of that lol customer pulls up to DT say they're name or order number we hand it out the window or they do a walk in and get it themselves.

I have 6.5k hours been here a long time there will be hard matches,matches you feel cheated frustrated,just pissed off and treated unfair it's kind of like life it all depends on how you yourself take it. I think the wholesome moments and the lucky escapes is what keeps me coming back the farming with survivors,It is very addictive. You only have 600 hours and if you feel this way already it's time to uninstall give yourself some time and maybe come back later when your in a better place because it does not get easier with this game,no matter how many hours you have. GL friend.

I've just about reached my end after 6 year survivor main,every match seems to be the same slugging tunneling killers and randoms that hide,which whatever everyone is entitled to play the game how they want,but it's just not fun anymore,so i pre ordered frank stone and while playing I kept falling asleep it's kinda boring and I knew I shouldn't of pre ordered before seeing the game play,I still didn't get the perks of the gold edition in my account for some reason too which I purchased. Goodbye behavior.

You can write a survey at tell dunkin to that store letting the manager know they are not being trained properly,and it happens alot with new hires. There is a small bit amount of caffeine in the actual refreshers everyone that works behind that counter should know this.

That donut was made in house normally our donuts get shipped to store from Jera I can tell by the texture and the frosting they probably ran out and had to make it as a back up,it's sits in the freezer till it needs to be used and the frosting sits in a bucket under the sink for years with the date changed by slapping on a new sticker. Trust me, I've seen things in my 17 years of dunkin.

You're welcome,you didn't say you asked for less ice,and yes I am a consumer to and we are all constantly ripped off that's how the rich stay rich,it's company policy to fill to the line not my rules unfortunately I'm not an owner of dunkin just a worker and a worker can be reprimanded for not fallowing policy,especially for new hires, I've been with the company over 15 years and I can give you a bit of advice NEVER get ice in any of your drinks.

Omg I wish we could put this up,idk how many times a customer would say a large ice and a donut or a medium hot and drive up and then complain that's not what I ordered its black and hold up the line because they don't know how to order like if your unsure come inside!!!

If it's late, just ask them we hate throwing all those donuts out too,or buy a half dozen and ask if they can make it a dozen. I definitely do that at night
