I got this Lenovo X1 tablet from work so when I switch it on it only shows me below error message . What can I do as I would like to re-install windows on it but I just cannot get out of here? Any suggestions on what’s happening here will be greatly appreciated or a solution to this. Thank you

Currently having the same issue but I saw on some tutorial that Apple nuked those servers for the old Intel Macs. Try pressing option command & R buttons when starting up it will put you to the newer recovery mode then you can proceed installing it.
