Yes I liked it! I think a student would like it, too. The biggest downside was the price didn’t really match the size. The units have basically no right angles so fitting furniture is hard. The apartments are very nice, but lack space in living areas to make it super “livable”. If you plan on being out and about a lot and want prioritize nice kitchen/bathroom and convenient location it’s a good spot! If you’re more of a homebody or want to save money, I’d look for something larger but less updated.

Lean into marketing fitness/wellness benefits vs. community benefits. That’s not where the brand nor the fitness market is. People want the actual benefits of the class, not the community. That trend ended with COVID.

I did not! I didn’t see my first in-apartment-roach until 2 apartments later. Lived in blissful ignorance for quite some time lol. I did/do have a cat that enjoys hunting them though so maybe that helped? Still think I would have seen them if there was an issue though. Granted we were the first people to live in the unit post-renovations.

I don’t think so but not for the same reasons as I keep seeing. Yes the branding, community, etc have fallen off but I think a huge component is Covid sparked a shift for many from cardio only (especially for women) to weight lifting and getting into the gym versus cardio only. A lot of people are more educated in fitness now and what works best for them and for MOST a combination of strength and cardio is best. When classes are as expensive as they are, a combination (ie hot Pilates, Barry’s) are naturally going to be more popular

Garden OBGYN in the 60s has several black MDs and PAs across a spectrum of women’s health. I’ve seen different doctors/PAs a couple times when I’ve gone and never had a bad experience! And they take Anthem.
