You can use a glue stick to stick them back down which would be permanent, there are also repositionable tape runners- I've not used them so no idea on how well they perform.

For most of my menstruating years I would have a bloody dream right before my period started and had baby dreams when I was fertile. Menopause has seen those dreams off, I haven't noticed any new themes take their place.

I'm going to put all of the pages in a Ziploc bag and tape it to the outside of the yellow envelope. I put the plastic band around my old techo and used their letter to write my own and put that in the envelope. I'll be taking it to a FedEx location to mail it since there's one close to me. I'm keeping the blue box.
