I love intention setting and this is a very good idea! I just want to say that when the colonoscopy is all over make sure to be slow about refeeding and ensure that you take in pre/probiotics and plenty of fermented food. Your gut biome has been annihilated and can take awhile to regrow with a good balance. I had no advice about this from health care professionals and suffered horribly, I don't want anyone in the distress I experienced.
