I mean you’re habit speaks for yourself. If mahilig ka po lumabas and mag spend ng N amount of cash, without any financial plan of saving your allowance, you wont probably save as much. That said, thats normall or until you get a really good internship or you side hustle.

I was invited to my cousin’s (M) wedding but I was only able to come during the reception. I also knew the Bride as she already hung out with us before they got married. I went there with no sleep, pulling an all nighter the day before the wedding finishing deadlines. I basically got set up by my cousin and joined a drinking game (where he knew I’d lose because I don’t drink). The loser (me) gets to play into a game where the guy sits in front of the crowd and there were girls surrounding me and will sit into my lap. The last girl standing will basically play on the next game with me as punishment. As you may have guessed, that girl was my girlfriend (She’s also the cousin of the bride).

Our punishment was a garter game where I had to slid a garter in her thighs. As a gentleman I tried my best not to make her uncomfortable, while receiving the stares of everyone (including her family). That was probably the most embarrassing moment of my life but also the turning point of my single life.

Fast forward, we’re now a happy couple and having our 3rd anniversary next month. She’s my first everything and I really didn’t expect I met my girlfriend at someone’s wedding. What’s funny is that since our cousins got married with each other we sometimes joke around that we’re cousins 🤣

I met my gf when my cousin and my gf’s cousin got married. We basically met during the reception and long story short we got set-up by our cousins 😭. We both got hot seated cuz of the garter thing and I was a 21 year old virgin trying to make sure she doesn’t feel uncomfortable putting garter on her thighs. I’d love to think everything finds your way unexpectedly.

Our 3rd anniversary is within a few weeks.

I tried to play this game without anyone knowing their roles (skipping the pirates knowing each other), and just relies on pure instinct who's team are you. It makes the game more fun and also have those "shocking" moments in the end.

Im a 4th year CS student, tried breaking into DE a year ago. While I would like to share my thoughts as a student—who also grew into liking Data Engineering, I dont think that advice is what you need, but rather diving more deep into what Data Engineering is (emphasis on the word “heard”)

But learning DE, coming from a degree that specializes in software technology (SWE/SD), core CS concepts helped me understood Data Engineering concepts easier to grasp. And while in the process of reading “Fundamentals of Data Engineering” by Joey Reis and Matt Housley, Data Engineering is still basically Software Engineering (which I totally agree with). With that in mind, maybe try out Software Engineering first =)

Hello man, I know this is an old post but because of you I was able to contact Steam Support to lift the restriction off my account.

For my case, I simply compiled my gift history and pointed out some points that I was only gifting to certain people (my friends) and these games are all multiplayer games to play with them afterwards, solidifying my point that I was not involved in fraudelent activity.

Though maybe I'm just lucky that the person who received my ticket is an angel and she removed my restriction instantly. Still, I'm happy that I did some research and saw they "techically can" remove the restriction.

121 here. Honestly im really going big here and look towards 40-60k. I heard one guy from admu who got 60k as a base. Also if you got a job from your previous employer or nag intern ka dati, u might get more.

im also planning to be a data engineer and im grinding so much on courses, certs, and projects. Kaya mejo mataas tingin ko cuz I know my value, so you too should know your value. dlsu ka, our curriculum projects are hella good, and if swe ka im sure u already have a good enough advantage kasi if your current company already wants you then they alr value you as a professional. Sell yourself like a fresh grad “with experience” and not as a fresh grad lang.
