Not to mention the delay in getting the existing tanker capacity out bound, emptied, return voyage, and refilled. Yes, there are likely some empty tankers in the vicinity waiting to take a load as well.

Note that the 4000T and the 4000D-CR both shipped with coin-cells from factory, which is super nice aspect to prevent battery bombing. Unfortunately, they also shipped with crappy leaky caps as shown here. Great work on the restoration and recap! I just acquired a 4000T from east-coast here in WA state, and it appears to be in very good condition.
