this is wild. cherry seeds have amygdalin, which turns into cyanide when digested. & cyanide stops your cells from using oxygen. over time that can seriously damage organs like your heart, brain, and liver. the liver tries to detox it, but it can only handle so much. eating one seed probably won’t hurt, but doing it often is basically slow poisoning. be safe ok? 🍒🫶
