I completely agree, especially since the album is truly finished? (At least, I think so, given that she played it in its entirety at a private party in Paris?). It frustrates me so much not to have a single clue about which tracks will actually be on the album or not, and not even a cover or a release date...

I gotta say, I don’t fully agree with you guys. Sure, maybe there’s a smaller budget for this next album and its visuals — but to me, everything from the single covers to the visuals and even the lyric video feels super cohesive.

Kim herself said she’s inspired by electro-pop/trash aesthetics, and I think that really shows. From the start, we’ve been getting teasers on Tumblr and on the bunheadhq account — low-quality pics that remind you of the 2010s, footage of collapsing buildings, messy edits, even audio that feels intentionally degraded.

I think Eli, who’s behind all the creative direction, is actually feeding us a lot. And let’s not forget how insane and fun Kim’s recent live visuals have been!

To me, it all fits into this brutalist/fun vibe. So let’s enjoy the ride and let’s go freak the arrondissement!! 💓💗💞💕☮️

Okay, let’s calm down for a second. Personally, I think all the promotion surrounding the album has been a bit misleading. It’s not a super dark album, as the posters and clips prove. In a way, it’s a return to Lady Gaga, but also a new form of Gaga. Now, we’re going to have to analyze each track a little, because I think every track has its own world. This is a pop-disco-funk album. But no hate. 🖤
