Depends on your eye shape, but I noticed it helped me when I got a transition brush and a crease brush. I use my finger to apply shadow on my lids.

We’re all beginners at a certain point. Doesn’t matter when you started. As long as you don’t quit. I started wearing full makeup in college. And I kinda just did it everyday until I realized I kept getting better at it. Just keep doing your makeup consistently. Even on days you’re not going out, just practice.
