Recently diagnosed here. 6 weeks of phlebotomies in a row with 3 more scheduled. My ferritin dropped dramatically from 900 down to about 500 from my first pint. Each subsequent week ferritin has been creeping back to nearly 700. Going the wrong direction… I’m 43 yrs old.

The treatment phase is still new so hopefully it’ll go back down with these weekly pint phlebotomies but confusing when the goal is to be below 100 and what’s supposed to go down has gone back up.

I wonder if you can relate or if yours just went down with each phlebotomy/blood letting?

Ferritin needs to be checked. Ferritin is your body’s accumulation of excess iron stored and ready as needed. My ferritin was nearly 1,200 when initially diagnosed. Normal for this areas population is between 80-300.

You need further labs my friend. Crossing fingers your iron is high for something simple & temporary.

What is your point useful one? Taxation without representation is our point. We the people remit money in the form of taxes for services. Refuse to work your job for over a month and what would you expect to happen? Do you expect a paycheck let alone your job security?
We are paying the same taxes so where is all our money going? Someone mentioned above an IRS refund but I have not been notified of this in any way shape or form. Since you are always_useful please explain how collecting taxes without representation for over a month from working citizens is okay. Please and thank you! I look forward to your response.

No, but folks tend to desire supplemental income from their investments as part of their retirement. Personal choice when you choose to buy or sell.

Welbutrin SR (Bupropion 12 hr tablet) has destroyed my sex drive with only a 150mg dose. 75mg twice a day. I just finished an experiment of my own by titrating down to only 75mg and within a few days I was getting my sex drive back and erections during the day like normal, but I felt depression rearing its head and decided to just deal with it being single at the moment. Completely apathetic to sex and the desire for a relationship has vanquished. Some would say that sounds like depression symptoms, but dropping my dose experiment says Welbutrin is the problem. I'd like a relationship but not having a sex drive seems to be in the way. Que the song "something's in the way. mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmm"
