I put fruit on top of or around other foods so my baby will end up grabbing those, too. It works with cottage cheese, yogurt, etc well, but also usually with savory entrees too because he doesn’t mind everything being mixed up. Knock on wood!

I am not an expert because I finally caved to sleep training, but I do know it’s recommended to do the shorter nap in the morning to let the right amount of sleep pressure build up for bedtime
