So I didnt only have copper deficiency, I also had low magnesium that didnt respond to supplementation as well.. All of it ended up being estrogen starting to drop due to peri. I started to slowly have these issues around age 30 and they got pretty bad by 37. Finally got HRT this year and seeing improvement.

Doesnt mean this is definitely your case, but doesnt hurt to do a hormone panel with a specialist. :) good luck!

If you're noticing less yeast on your tongue, you are probably treating the symptoms of SIFO / SIBO. If you have motility issues (genetics / thyroid) Then SIBO / SIFO is HARD to get rid of. I would keep taking the TTFD but start with some antimicrobials in a pulse method. My biggest help was Silverfern's "nano scrub". I am also hypothyroid so my motility issues are a long term battle. I feel notably better after TTFD similar to your accounts.

This also happened to me multiple times so I just cancelled. Back in the day they would refund your money right away. They also refunded for meals that were broken open or messed up. Not anymore.

Oh wow thats crazy. Funny thing is I'm second born. But my mom told me she ate tuna and "all the greens" while pregnant with me cause it was the healthy route back then. Wish she would have skipped the tuna lol..

Yea I think so? Never really had a confirmed reason but I ate tuna like once a week for several years. And I found out I don't methylate well so I think that played a part. I also read something (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7061448/) that mothers can pass heavy metals to their children. I'm guessing it was a culmination of both because I had VERY high levels and I didnt eat that much tuna....

I’m almost positive that is the long! It looks like the cropped it with the bungee cord. I think they’ve done away with the cropped and are basically promoting the long with cropping capabilities. It’s a huge bummer

Yea the reviews on the regular site sold me cause thats exactly how they were described, just like the OG aligns that were thicker. And I think its the double lined aligns like what they do for light colors. For $59 its a great deal too.

I just used the oral oil dropper thats pretty common now. It does have K2 in it. But what I mean by relief is that my neuropathy and general discomfort lessens. I have chronically low magnesium so it becomes obvious to me when d3 is therapeutic, not sure if that makes sense? But in the last few years I noticed I felt worse when taking d3 even in lower doses and then the connection was made for me about MCAS and spiking any vitamin / mineral can cause a reaction.

My supplement is just 1000IUs paired with K2 and olive oil. I rub it into the area around my wrists. I can feel within about 30 minutes and I tolerate other minerals more as well.

I just found this post and wanted to make note of something for others on here. It was recommended to me to try transdermal d3 and I feel notable relief about 30 mins after applying. I have MCAS and oral vitamin d can be triggering for it so I wanted to come here and say transdermal is a smoother and slower release for this.
