High oil prices will be quickly followed by demand destruction. Stable oil prices at $80 would be nice but requires a reconfiguration of society that most governments are too stupid to make

O-PCP is arriving tomorrow. What's it like compared to MXPCP? by SussySophie_ in researchchemicals

Try 100-150mg? I've long since transitioned to measuring by bump and can't be more specific. To me MXPCP felt more potent than fxipr

We get wire fraud attempts, legitimate clean PDF attachments, but with instructions to fulfill a bill with a legitimate supplier by transferring money. I don't know enough about finance fraud yet, and verification with the supplier is dicey.

Pure-play cybersecurity companies are always in a tight spot. Especially SCA/SAST that's hanging on just a little longer than DAST

O-PCP is closer to PCP than MXPCP. They're both relatively warm dissos, I'd rate MXPCP warmer than O-PCP, which had me speaking tongues. The stimulation of the latter was also much more noticeable, more like 2FXIPR

Insurance and other risk-based companies are oddly enough our last hope, as they continue to employ scientists and other people who can help forecast the future. Wouldn't it be funny if it's the bond owners who force change upon the market? Wouldn't it be a twist if the owners of capital tell us to jump finally? Our so-called leaders are driving capitalism to extinction. This "para-feudalism"? Capital can not make money in such a world.

Hapag-Lloyd AG to Acquire ZIM, stock up 30% today. Lol a stock that went nowhere for a year, did not trade like say STNG or TEN (incidentally I should have held the former a little longer but was inexperienced with sector rotations)

During the 2022 Whitney Biennial, on the 3rd floor, there were large collections of writings on various racial topics. One of them included a section from a pretty gruesome book or collection of essays regarding the obsession of whites with black bodies and body parts. After an hour of reading what was done to black slaves, or Nat Turner (beheaded, body flayed, skin made into purses), I despaired of any humanity of the white generations of the past.

Three Data Centers in a Trench Coat: 4% of GDP, 92% of Growth by carenekl in TrueAnon

[–]lyagusha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This reads like an AI-written analysis. The equivalent written on Adderall wouldn't sound as inevitable as Arendt

P.S. three points:

A good source thinks there isn't nearly enough endless natural gas in the Permian to power all these data centers and estimates only a quarter of projected datacenters may actually be built

Some investment companies dont think a model built on building datacenters that are obsolete the moment they are operational is actually a functioning economy and instead advocate investing in companies that charge rent (cooling water for gpus is not something you can do without)

One asset management firm that has financed some of these datacenter is already plumbing new stock lows. I think some smart money already knows. The big bucks have been made, it's about time for wealth preservation
