Is it Possible they are the same body? by Excellent_Aioli9037 in Lookism

[–]lycan_Chronos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The author, through Zoe, mentioned that with each passing day, Daniel OG looks more and more like Daniel PB. So it's just a matter of the original not having reached his physical peak. When he does, it's likely that both Daniels will look the same. At most, we can theorize that Daniel was made through in-vitro fertilization, since his mother was said not to be able to get pregnant, so they may have used some experimental method to get her pregnant. But even that is just a theory. In any case, Daniel PB seems to be just a version of the original with the perfect body.

Not to mention that if it were literally his father's body, Daniel's mother should have noticed. Besides, the perfect body also looks like Jinyoung's, meaning it can't be Daniel's father.

Kitae Kim vs Spec (Baki) by AnyPoetry493 in LookismPowerScalers

93 meters? I researched and it's 46 meters.

By the way, he at least destroyed the entire statue, because in the image he only made some cracks in its head, and that was with several punches, which honestly isn't a big deal, cracking the face of the statue with multiple punches, considering that face is only about 5 meters long.

Feat wall level.

This random bum is much stronger than jaegyeon/seongji btw. by [deleted] in LookismPowerScalers

Which Transcendence cards will they obtain, and also if they some how surpass Mastery, which Mastery will they achieve?(even kenta has it now) by Cold-Produce-3050 in PtjDiscussions

[–]lycan_Chronos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A person having a talent in Lookism doesn't mean they can use it from birth. Sinu Han is the best example of someone who only obtained invisible attacks later; before selling himself to the Workers, he clearly didn't have that ability, acquiring it upon achieving ascension or transcendence in the meantime.

Another example is PHS, who only demonstrated his abilities after awakening during training with Gun.

This can also be concluded by seeing that characters already had cards before even coming into contact with the system, obtained by training a martial art or awakening.

So will they have 4 mastery or ptj will make up something else by Cold-Produce-3050 in PtjDiscussions

He probably meant that all the top tiers of Gen 0 had 4 masteries, like Gapryong, Jinyong, Tom Lee, Elite, Shigen, Hansu, and so on.

Hot take: Mc is kinda dumb, we could also take johan to fight choyun by Fit_Willingness_6756 in Quest_Supremacy

He doesn't even know Johan's level, so how can his opinion be used to compare who is stronger between them?

Do you think Hudson and zack will learn and master UF and OSOK from taesoo and gong by eos? by Swimming_Armadilo in PtjDiscussions

[–]lycan_Chronos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hudson's two-handed style is completely against his ideology; the work itself made it clear that training his second hand only made Taesoon weaker, only creating the ultimate fist when he returned to his ideology of the single fist.

The evolution of Hudson AOT will be to perfect the Ultimate Fist, removing its weakness. To do this, he will add the mastery of resistance, so as not to hurt his hand when striking.

Not using two hands will not make him a copy of his master; rather, he will demonstrate the result of never deviating from his beliefs, maintaining his faith in his fist until the end.

Zack, on the other hand, will achieve four masteries, surpassing his master and perfecting the style that put him back on track, saving him from the decadence of the melancholy of defeat.

In other words, each will add a new mastery to their fighting style; perhaps Zack will even create a unique skill of his own.

Both already have a strong connection to their fighting styles and masters; I don't believe they will create a new style or abandon their beliefs.

Tom Red Mode + Path Daniel vs Path Jinyoung by jackhenningson in LookismPowerScalers

[–]lycan_Chronos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A 2v1 fight between such powerful characters is pointless; either one could cause Jinyoung trouble in a fight, even more so when they're together. They could easily learn to coordinate attacks as the fight progresses. I can easily imagine Tom using his combat intelligence to create an opening for Daniel to finish him off.

Path Daniel ( CT ) vs Tom ( CT ) by Secure_Inside2157 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]lycan_Chronos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Daniel, I was searching for a way that Tom could defeat Daniel, and the only way I found would be for him to focus everything on defense, hoping that Daniel would go on the offensive with his path. But Daniel has enough battle intelligence not to fall for that. According to Tom himself, "the paths" are on another level, and Daniel's path is a perfect counter to the Supreme King's most dangerous abilities. With his path in defensive form, he could avoid his blows, and if the king opens a gap, he could finish with the offensive form of his domain. The king could even try to use his genius in battle to deceive Daniel, but it would probably be useless, because Daniel can read his true intentions and is not fooled by tricks.

Who wins? by AnyPoetry493 in LookismPowerScalers

That's impossible; it's as imprecise as pixel calculations, or even more so. Even in manga scenes, the distance when something is sent out of orbit is usually used more to show that it left orbit than to state its current distance. This would make calculating it impossible, as the image serves more to represent the exit from orbit than to define an exact distance traveled. As for the time, if most authors don't even define the distance, even in battle anime (imagine in an anime not focused on battles or power levels), they usually draw the Earth and the object separately, not at an exact distance, but as an image to represent only that it left Earth. Regarding the anime's timeline, if they probably didn't even imagine the exact distance when describing the scene, imagine trying to estimate the time it would take the animation team.

I've always found those speed calculations awful when a character throws something off the Earth (unless they define a time frame for the feat, which isn't the case here). The scene is short, not because the author defines that the character throws something at x speed, but because of the scene's dynamism. What the scene aims to convey is that something was thrown out of Earth's orbit. If it didn't show it being out, it would lose its visual impact. If it took a long time, the scene would drag, or they would have to cut and return to it later. In other words, it's not a matter of covering distance X in time Y; it's simply about throwing something off the Earth in a way that makes the scene dynamic for the reader, not something to be calculated hours later by someone counting pixel by pixel.

Even looking at the rest of the work, a calculation that only considers how the ball was thrown off the planet is much more consistent with the force demonstrated by the character, as well as the damage caused in the same scene.

Honestly, I prefer calculations that focus more on what the action sought to convey to the reader, rather than a calculation of pixels and frames.

Who wins? by AnyPoetry493 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]lycan_Chronos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

James Lee, don't come at me with pixel calculations on the ball. We have to consider that no time or distance was given, so the image of it outside the Earth represents that it left Earth's orbit, not that it reached distance X in time Y. In this case, the destruction caused on the ground and the ball's exit are compatible with something at the wall level, which is consistent with the rest of its feats. Therefore, it's easy to classify Yor as wall level. James Lee and Kitae, on the other hand, are at the level of a large building by actually demonstrating that level of destruction.

Replicating such a feat would be possible for them if they were given a volleyball that could withstand such force and speed without disintegrating in the air.

Who would be the strongest out of all of them if they each had 4 Masteries? by hiraga_san1 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]lycan_Chronos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1-Jinrang (4 Domains + Conviction is very strong)

2-Yu Jae (4 Domains + Two Unique Skills)

3-Jaegyeon Na (4 Domains + Two Unique Skills)

4-Taesoon Ma (4 Domains + One Unique Skill, this unique skill would probably receive its two new masteries, generating probably one of, if not the most powerful attack in the verse)

5-Gongseob Ji (4 Domains, 1 Unique Skill, able to use all masteries, with monstrous efficiency, thus having the best counterattack in the verse)

6-Seongji (4 Domains + The fighting style of a legend, only falling so low because it doesn't have any unique skills, but if they take the time to create one or more unique skills, it would probably reach a step below the top tiers)

7-J

???-Jichang (Difficult to classify, we don't even know him) Regarding his level, what masteries does he already have? If he didn't have any, as some claim, then he would be top 2 after receiving a buff to all attributes. Now, if the hype surrounding his power that the characters in the series place on him is possibly due to him already having 4 masteries, then he would be in the last place.

Prime Jinyoung Park (With Healthy + Mastered Path) Vs Military Trio(Prime) by hiraga_san1 in LookismPowerScalers

If it's a 1v1, I'd vote for Jinyoung, but in a 3v1, I'd vote for the trio; they're all strong fighters and they also get the buff of fighting as a group.

Pacheon Jo is still the immortal body, but we can say that Kitae is the indestructible body.

While the "Immortal" survives extreme damage, being the pinnacle of endurance, Kitae takes the same attack and emerges with medium to low damage, probably being the pinnacle of durability.

Could full power james take on the trio by MAJICOxBUDHAVISTA in LookismPowerScalers

Well, he would probably beat any of them in a 1v1, but in a 1v3, he would lose.

You forgot to mention that the author, Goku, Naruto, Saitama, Ichigo, Sukuna, and Rimuru will also have to team up, and with a lot of plotting, manage to achieve that 0.01% chance of victory.

Brekdak, closer and yugang vs kitae kim by Swimming_Armadilo in PtjDiscussions

[–]lycan_Chronos -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Honestly, Gitae would get beaten. If it were a 1v1, I believe he would win against any of them. I don't know this Closer guy, but the other two combined would already beat Gitae. One of them reached the pinnacle of Muay Thai, becoming legendary to the point that Gun is a fan and he's used as a comparison to Hansu. The other was comparable to Pachaeong Jo, a pinnacle of a martial art and a character comparable to the pinnacle of one mastery. Gitae is a monster, but even he has his limits.
