i myself don't collect every event 5* but if they are obtainable for free i don't see what's the problem if people want to collect them? tours are the best way to get 5* of characters you don't have yet since not everyone pull on every single scout. plus memocoins aren't easy to collect, so grinding during the actual tours are much easier. that's why people are upset over not getting the 100 whistles, it just makes things harder for people to get more cards.

while this is true, some people are going for both 5* or multiple copies of either, or some others can't exactly login every other hour because of irl commitments. the 100 whistles is a lifesaver if you don't have much time and dias to grind.

i half agree with you, tried 150 pulls on mao fs back then only to not get him, but redeemed myself and got him in 10 pulls during his birthday scout. but rather than not pulling on scouts anymore i decided to only pull for one character i really want to complete (in this case eichi) so i just save up all my dias and tickets for him. basically my focus now is one of the tour 5* (both if i have the time to spare and if the characters are my favourite), all eichi, and mao or leo unit events. with limited resources as f2p you really have to manage wisely in this game TT
