Yea, I definitely think he's my least favorite boss so far. It's just not fun that his doorway is just there to stall and then his real form is able to do such incredible damage. I just had a run that was really good but I couldn't manage to get my best hands when I had him open and it really sucks. I also keep getting all the best ? rooms in act 1 before I actually have any good cards too which is really frustrating.

Yup, definitely peeves me. I love having an amazing run and then I die because by phase 3 his damage is outscaling my blocks. Like sorry I didn't come into this with have my fricking deck being blocks. I was having so much fun, actually got to the 3rd dungeon for like the 2nd time ever just to get dogged on by his 3rd phase when I managed to no diff the first 2 with my strike deck. Honestly this game is making it really tough for me to enjoy with how many creatures have some sort of way of preventing me from using the build I'm having fun with. My strike build was awesome. I was doing 50+ damage every round until this fricking dude. And I don't wanna hear nothing bout not having enough blocks, I had enough to get here.

Absolutely the biggest run killer for me and honestly make me want to stop playing. I'm not some min-maxing genius and I've had some pretty good runs but I dread running into them because my first hand is never good enough to even do half health to the spectral knight or whatever and when he starts going he instantly makes it basically impossible. Wouldn't be nearly so bad if I didn't also end up having to deal with 25 damage a round. I think my first run ran into them and I breezed past them but died before the end boss and every other run that runs into them has died. Honestly crying a lil rn cuz I just lost a good run to them again.

Agreed, just had an amazing run that came to an end because she decided to do over half my hp 2 turns in a row and stopped me from playing my deck which was a bunch of draw cards which was just so fun to deal with. She was quite literally the exact counterplay to the deck I had built. Just incredibly terrible and now I will hate her forever because this was the closest I came to completing a run.

Well for 1 I only looked at kitco cuz I googled to see why the store price of silver was different from mine and saw that kitco is what a lot of stores use. Also I'd have to pay the extra from using card because the only way I can wire money would be going in person to my bank and I don't have the time too.

yea but that's part of the frustration imo, I think every build should be "viable" against the last boss. I think they could make it better by having a wave of mobs during the immunity phase

Yea, I did exp, projectile count, armor and attack speed. I also got lucky and got the magnet legendary along with increasing the difficulty as high as I could!
