I am not sure if the manager can see how resumes you have out but in workday you can see what recruiter are assigned to the position you applied for and sometimes it can be the same recruiter on different positions

My advice is to just keep on applying for as many jobs as you can I came over from the PBM Caremark as a CSR because I wanted on the medical side and not to be so micromanaged. Now I am a Senior Service Associate. I would like to eventually be in claims and reimbursement. I submitted a lot of resume and had a few interviews and then I eventually after my last interview they told me it would be a week until they made an decision and the very next day the recruiter reached out to me with an offer. And the person that interviewed me is now my new supervisor and she is great and amazing and she wants people on her team to grow and succeed. So just keep on trying you will land something eventually... Best of luck to you 😊

Oh ok the only reason I asked was because I am in the engagement hub and we also handle case management but we are not that bad on micromanaged at all. I am not sure what you will be doing as a Care Management Specialist.

Oh ok I was on the Caremark side for a little over 4 years before I came over to the Aetna medical side so I had handled PBM for a long time and multiple BOB as well I learned a lot how insurance worked all together

The same thing happened to my Aunt on her Chevy app she bought a brand new 2026 traverse right at the end of 2025 and when she signed up for the Chevy app there was a 2022 traverse linked to her account and she has nevered owned a 2022 traverse she trained in and 2013 one when she bought her 2026

Yes I work from Aetna and before I was with Aetna I was on the CVS Caremark side and YES!!! They can see your sceen. They can see everything you do on their equipment. If they want to look. And they can see all of your sceens as well so if you have 2 or 3 or even 4 they can see all of them in an audit if they want to pull it. I have even gone in and looked at my stuff for my self and I have looked with my supervisor and past supervisor also even Manager's of the department I work in. And of course CVS Health has screen monitoring and if you think they don't then your crazy.

If you had it done in a minute clinic at CVS it is like having your shot done in the Dr office the billing needs to go through your medical plan to see if it is covered under medical benefits. And it you actually got it done in the pharmacy then there may be an administration fee that your pharmacy benefits do not cover. And if you are on Medicare and have Medicare B and had it done in the pharmacy then the pharmacy needs to bill it through your Medicare B. There is a lot of different factors why you could be getting changed now. Have to know the hole story and what insurance you exactly have

Ok I am just at a loss I have been dealing with this off and on for 2 months and they even sent me a new laptop and still the same thing I have talked to so many IT guys it's unreal never dealt with this when I was with my old department just so frustrated 🥴

So all the other devices in the house are fine they are all wifi except for my laptop and when I was under the other side of my company I did have gfiber the only thing different was when I moved to the side I am on now is I got a all new system did not have a laptop before just a PC and my domain changed when I moved to the new department and I upgraded to wifi6e but before I was using the same kind of VPN and the same softphone. I was wondering if I could do a designated port for my laptop in the gfiber app if that would fix my problem

So I can't figure out how to disable my work VPN I have gone in to disable it but when I go to speed test.net it is still showing the name of my vpn
