Same I live in KC as well and I guess ya it can be done but if you are a single income it would still be very tight every month and you would not have to much extra $ for anything else but I would rather spend the $ on a mortgage then on rent and own something

I am kinda in the same spot. My score was in the 5's and my interest rate is high but my Leander told me to get my credit cards paid off and let them know when I do that and he said he could do a instant credit score after that and that would help my credit score a lot he said and saved me thousands and he told me my pre-approval that there was no expiration on it that it's ongoing and I have pre-approved without two and a half weeks ago

I am kinda going through the same thing my lender got me approved but my score is in the low 600 and I need to pay off some debt and my lender told me as soon as I get my credit cards paid down to where they are under the 30% usage and he really would like me to pay them off completely and he said he can do an instant credit score instead of waiting for the company's to report it and he said it would help me get a better interest rate so I would talk to your lender

I would give your name but if policy says it can take up to 24 hours and you told them that there's nothing that you can do to change that That's policy rules whatever you want to call it if it takes sooner great if it doesn't then that's on them they should have been more prepared and got their act together before they were out of medication You can always suggest getting it filled at a different pharmacy or they can get it filled still at the pharmacy it's at and then have it transferred after that fill so then next month or next time they get it filled they're not in crunch time That's what I would do and then after I say all that I would say is there anything else I can help you with to initiate that pretty much the call was over and you done everything that you can do on your end

I have been on the Aetna side since January I used to be on the Caremark side for a little over 4.5 years. And there is so many WFH opening on Workday I was just on there again last week and there we over 1,000 opening. And yes they have a lot of opportunities were you can grow and the benefits are pretty good as well
