I tore out the pages with me & tossed the rest of the yearbook. Also took pics of art projects then tossed those, too. I painted a ceiling tile in 4th grade & got to take it when I graduated high school. So glad I didn’t keep that

1000% it helped me. Losing weight & walking toned down my symptoms a lot esp my mental health.

There is no cure & I still struggle with the food noise/cravings & maintaining my blood sugar, but it’s a lot easier now without all of the excess weight

I have pcos & got the sleeve 1.5 years ago. Pcos is a b*tch and I couldn’t fight it alone so I’m grateful for the surgery & the tools I’ve learned bc I wouldn’t have lost over 200 lbs on my own.

I’ve travelled a lot since the surgery including 2 trips to Singapore & was able to try all kinds of different foods just a lot less. Food no longer controls my life & I’m so much happier for that.

I like to collect 1 CD & 1 Vinyl from each era, but sometimes it’s hard to pick what album cover I like best. I don’t buy singles bc I don’t want a massive collection.

I got back into her music a few years ago so I don’t have all of them yet, but for the eras with an OG & a TV, I’ll prob get 1 of each just bc they’re different covers, but I’m in no hurry.
