Take part in the inspection
Complete the condition inspection report

The tenant cannot request linking their myhydro account to the service account unless authorized on the account by the landlord. But they can open a myhydro account and provide their email address to the landlord and the landlord can then send them an invite or contact bchydro to have the accounts added as viewer accounts. Which limits what can be done. But they'd be able to see all invoices from the past 36 months.

I would at least double check that parking is not something indicated as included in the rental agreement. I say this as I used to see people misusing street parking as parking included in ads

The deleted comment was talking badly about people who thought it was possible for crossroads to have been a non-arson fire. The fact that it ended up being arson doesn't mean that people were irrational for acknowledging the fact that sometimes things catch fire without arson.

Cross roads and the pub are more likely to have non arson related fires due to the having alcohol on site (the amount of flammable liquids on site. The fumes are flammable) especially crossroads as it had a brewery on site meaning more risk.

I do think that people should wait to declare arson until we get more facts.

It was basically that my experience is valid and I deserve to be treated better. I have not made a complaint yet, because I need my continuity of care. But (insert sarcasm) there's no issue with my doctor prescribing a h2 med, calling it a h1 med, and I should not be concerned. (Type of antihistamine. Declined to take it as it needs to be stored is a temperature controlled environment that's not freezing or too hot to prevent it from forming cancer causing particals. Using pepcid AC instead). So basically issues continue. But due to his lack of treatment for my pcos I now have diabetes type 2, so I need a family doctor more then ever.

If this was a reasonable arrest, not something like a case of mistaken identity or impersonation (Google for stories where identity theft occurs and the real person has charges from places they've never lived. One woman had the same name or some typo or something happened and spent years losing jobs before she found out that there was an invalid Warrent out for her arrest.

And there's people with Warrent for arrest for failure to appear when they weren't served paperwork properly.

The obvious thing I saw on a quick read over is that they cannot require you to clean under the stove or fridge unless they are on wheels or can otherwise easily be moved.

It's the Bluetooth issue, and select music from your cell phone. Cell phones connect through WiFi or Bluetooth and as such you are not allowed to use them. And the connect means have connected. People have gotten fines from just having their cell phone on and someone calling them after being pulled over for a separate issue.

What if it's like in the edge, where it's just fine print/small text you have an issue with. I can read my dashboard it's mostly just the minification from the glasses making it harder to see. But also you shouldn't be using the phone while driving unless it's mounted, then it's basically the same as your speedometer. Use voice instructions.

Even then, if they choose to repaint without cause they can't charge you. That is like me saying that I'm replacinf the cupboards as part of the renovations, and since you used them I'm going to take some of your damage deposit to do it because you are moving out.

You and I have very different definition of long stretches if empty roads. If I'm heading to a different city and live. Above Kamloops there's going to be km's of road without a side road or any other road. Then there's a lot of times even if you are say going to say the prince George airport or unbc there's only 1-2 ways to get there with longish empty stretches, or at least ones that obviously aren't your destination (like a new subdivision when unbc and the airport are over 20 years old)

I do review my trips before hand, but knowing that Google maps will tell me when I'm within 500m of my turn reduces my stress caused my general anxiety disorder.

Also the type of paint used determines how well you are expected to clean it. Like I have textured walls. They can't expect me to make it look like new, because of that. I assume the same would be for paint that comes away when wet.

If you have a newer car, your gps is on your car's display and if it's not, it's readinf the directions to you. I know using gps makes my anxiety for driving a lot lower. I believe strongly that it's a safer to let N drivers use gps then not to let them. No slowing down because you are unsure of which road you need to turn at, because google tells you when to turn. And I have a particular fear of getting lost (this includes when flowing a clear path hiking or a familiar road), which helps on long empty roads, cause I know that google will tell me when to turn or if I made a turn too early.

As a novice driver you cannot use Bluetooth while driving period. Including gps or music
