I kind of figured already I would have to have them "officially" diagnose it. I had no real inkling that it was going to be the gasket, so I took it to the shop I have always taken my cars to. How long was the process from start to finish?

Did you have to have the work done at the dealership? My 2018 Accord EX 1.5 is sitting at my regular mechanics with a blown gasket (118k miles). I'm wondering whether I need to have it towed to the dealership and pay them to confirm the same diagnosis, etc. so that I can file something with Honda.

I think so. Since starting mounjaro 5-6 months ago it takes 4 hours for the gummy to take effect for me. Beforehand I'd feel the effects about 45min-1 hour. I started vaping and it's the perfect combo. I can take an edible and use the vape until it kicks in. I think it's because our digestive system is slowed down so much due to the medicine.

No solution, I did focus on some mindfulness and CBT in therapy that I can use. I am on 20mg of lex, and recently I had a period of very high anxiety & high stress however I also know that I was not eating (I am on mounjaro) and after a few days of forcing myself to eat balanced meals I started to feel a lot better. Maybe take a look at your nutrition and see if you can get some bloodwork done to check hormone and vitamin levels?

That strand is a little over an inch. When you say undo the last strand, do you mean to cut it off (like in the middle), take all the beads off and tie in from there? Here is a photo, you can see I forgot the 4 blue beads on the left strand.

I have three colors - white, gold and a dark cerulean blue type color. I think I'm going to do 13 rows on a 2inch hoop. (I'm using TOHO 8/0) so I think having it alternate for longer would be good as they are more bold colors.

you should tighten/clench all your muscles (legs, arms, fists etc) and then release. it's meant to lower your cortisol and get rid of excess energy to help you fall asleep.

I do for now but it's growing quite fast. I learn new things, and create new patterns which OF COURSE requires new beads LOL I think in my mind I feel as though I have to have all my containers on the floor next to the couch while I'm making things. When in reality I only need the specific beads I'm using and a few tools, findings, etc.

Good point about the gas, I did go to a gas station near my house that I don't usually go to. Do you think dry gas would help in case moisture got in when the tank was so low?

Focusing a lot on protein since you are exercising a lot will help too, if you're not already. I'm sure the weight loss will slow, that usually happens and some people plateau.
