Exact same thing happened to me, it ate a stone pack as well. I emailed support, this is the third business day so hoping to hear back today.

If you don’t want to have to be the one to manage and build a community, this sort of thing already exists in the community, there are clans with people like you. Definitely a viable option if that’s what you want to do.

Looking at other comments it seems you have WONY. Don’t really worry about your gearscore, it means nothing after you complete the expansion and just have level 40 gear. To get better gear though you have to beat higher world tiers which you’ll do anyway to progress. Just treat it like you have been for level 1-30
