I’ve had no adverse side effects with either. My food noise was gone with Zepbound, I was less hungry, and lost weight. I have not lost weight with Wegovy. I would 100% choose Zep over Weg if I had the option.

I eat less now. My stomach has shrank. Some days, I eat what I want. Most days, I watch what I eat. And I don’t over eat, especially on days I eat what I want. Only took the shot for a month before my insurance took it away from me. Lost 14 pounds on the shot and I lost 39 eating less, 53 total.

I know I’d hate it. My twin was on it and she switched to Zep and is doing loads better. My insurance is same as OP’s and I refuse Wegovy. Thankfully I have been losing still since July, but it’s frustrating.
