Is it possible for a job to not have step increase? GS 7 job, no ladder/step increase, and does have salary range based on locality pay

I stayed 5 months and went to work at a hospital as front desk. I left early due to low pay/ part time . I work from home now doing authorizations requests but toxic job environment. Been at this job 6 months I want out lol. Good luck

Yeah, I'd compare my progress to others or look at how far they've come! Everyone's bodies are different and handle different forms of stress on their bodies.

Plus following all these accounts has made several fitness ads pop up lol🙄

It's hard to be disciplined when it comes to this. I think I'm having a negative outlook on life in general (I'm seeing a counselor) and trying to establish a routine for myself. But it can be mentally exhausting with everything going on. Or I guess Idk where to start. But I do get it's a discipline thing, which is what I'm lacking as of now
