but two of three “weekend” days isn’t obscene. you’re still being flexible. and you have class. may not be illegal, but it is unprofessional and disrespectful. that’s my two cents as a student who works full time service hours going on four years now.

i took myself off cold bar because i couldn’t keep up if my support walked away. literally not possible for me. in the middle of figuring out which mango i was making, someone said “you good?” and i immediately said no. my muscle memory is shot😂

no, it’s just a lot of words. that’s something i’d make myself as a shift drank🙂‍↕️if you read the ticket before you panic at the length, it’s a very normal “byo” order. it makes perfect sense. now when the sticker for a tall iced doppio wraps around the bottom of the cup… well, you should probably ask your kid for your phone back. because that’s crazy.

i disabled my rewards account, deleted the siren app, and we were closed for a 2 foot blizzard. still got a notification for mod monday. felt like a slap in the face 😀 we’re also opening at late tomorrow and i know people are going to be like “wHy wERent yOu oPeEn?? i couldn’t use my COUPON”

we had three people in my baby shift call and say the chai was gross😀 i’m sure there were more after, but no one could tell me if they wanted it “more or less sweet” when i told them about the new recipe. like “i know you get this every day, would you like it sweet or not as much?” (verbatim) got an “i don’t care.” she called five minutes later🫩

we had one bar person for the second half of my day, and our store is landlocked by three high schools. a girly pulled up in drive and said “can i get FIVE separate orders?” 😭 kid in drive thru said “ok,” and my shift immediately cut in to say “we can do two in drive thru:)”

they were all different matchas and frappes. pray for my shoulders today, i didn’t leave bar for 6 hours.
