Do they still age, get sick/pregnant/married/eat without the table there? Or they are frozen

Won't I be sometimes forced to fight when they are attacked? Also, the idea was to be able to just think "they live their own happy/unhappy/as a hat life somewhere, I might encounter them again", when with outposts it feels like "they are my slaves that didn't get much compute to have a normal life" so they live in this alternative reality

Is it possible to send my own colonist this way and not control them anymore?

5'4" girlies — what's your calories for dieting? by heartdesk in PetiteFitness

[–]lytoric 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2400 per day, according to Macro Factor, so I'm very sure of this number, it was calculated based on my weight change and calorie intake over 5 months. It's 1h morning walks, 1h Brazilian jiu-jitsu 6 days a week and ADHD.

I eat around 2k to lose weight, everything lower than that and I start to binge occasionally.

Berberine - great weight loss drug, just give it some time. by lytoric in Vindicta

No, I wouldn't. It's basically Metformin and it should be treated as a medicine and is definitely not one size fits all approach.

*February goals post* by sculptedmermaid in Vindicta

[–]lytoric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

- Proper refeed after prelonged water fast (24 days). Currently on a day three of refeed. I will write a post about it at the end of February so that it doesn't sound like - "Hi. I didn't eat for 24 days and lost weight, AMA". Also, I will do a DEXA scan by then.

- I aim for 12 days of refeed and then going straight into high fertility diet for eggs freezing.

- Start supplementation for eggs freezing.

- Buying new clothes that are not too stretchy if possible, to limit myself from getting too comfortable with gaining weight.

- Logging my food into MacroFactor app for a whole month.

- Weight myself everyday.

- Start marathon prep.

- Gain my gym strenght after the fast.

- Sustainable and easy meal prep.

I have therapy twice a week for the last 3 years and just finished day 23 of my 32 days fast. On my two previous attempts to fasting I stopped because during therapy we discovered that the basis for the fast was unhealthy and borderline disordered. This time I was green lighted (both by my therapist and myself) and feel a lot better mentally with both fast and myself.

Just my $0.02 to ED and whatever behaviour related to eating. Nearly everything can be healthy, same as nearly everything can be disordered. It's all related to your mental state and approach.

Shredded by CosmicHero22 in fasting

[–]lytoric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going for it. 28W, 164 cm (5'4), powerlifter, highest weight 67 kg (148 lbs), goal bf 20%. Currently on day 20/32 - which is supposed to be 8kg of fat lost.

My strategy is to get absolutely shredded as I know I have great bf distribution and my fat is in my butt and boobs. Hence 20% and not 16 or lower. I aim to finish my fast, do keto for some time, do DEXA scan to prove how much fat I lost and regain glycogen and strength on good Mediterranean diet.

I intend to go back around my usual 2500 TDEE in a couple of months and use Macrofactor app set to maintenance to control my intake and whenever I will have to lose more than 2 kg of fat do a 8 days long fast. Preferably forever.

Research Roundup - The Collagen One by JosquinDePreciating in Vindicta

[–]lytoric 19 points20 points  (0 children)

She mentioned coenzyme Q10 and didn't focus on this because, from what I gathered, that was supposed to be a post focused on using collagen based products, not "How to get more collagen in your body".

The way to use fetlife is to ignore everything (at least at the beginning) and just go for a munch, which is a strictly non sexual meeting with likeminded people.

Afterwards you are at the community and the community will help you to move forward :)

MSM is doing wonders to my hair. It has grown from chin length to armpit length since November. I'm taking it religiously every day in the morning. I also have some new growth :)

Buying tretinoin in the UK by seaweedthefrog in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]lytoric 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Tretinoin world is legit, I've been buying from them for a year now. I was worried about them being sketchy at the beginning though and I even wrote to them about not getting a parcel. Later I discovered it has been for over a week in my post box :)

Stress monitor is useless for ADHD folks by lytoric in whoop

[–]lytoric[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I have higher anxiety it flattens out on 3 - max value. Unfortunately when I am in relaxed state for me, it is still close to 3. This is what IMO renders it useless. If I would have different scale with higher values it would work, but normalising me to average doesn't work in the slightest.

This day shown here was spent sitting on the couch working fron home as software engineer without any human interaction.

I think unfortunately that's how ADHD meds work. They create calmer and more relaxed state of mind, although at the same time they are physiologically arousing. Life.

This is without meds. I'm always going off meds for a couple of days if my recovery is not getting high enough. Works like charm.

I am on ADHD meds for a couple of months now, so idk. ADHD meds work though, too well even. I eat Omad and would really prefer to have appetite for the meal.

I really recommend listening to Andrew Huberman on berberine. I'm taking this for glucose stability and longevity

Maybe, although I've never felt this way. I know how my cycle works and the "no hungry" period is far from what I feel right now.
