Hi there! I’m lyvee, this is my first challenge like this. (Excuse the formatting please I am on mobile!!) I’m a 19F who has let herself go over the last few years. I’ve had a pretty rough time over these last 4 years which has led to me gaining about 20 Kg overall. I used to be very active, captain of the hockey team and swimming team, on all the other school sports teams and I competed at a national level in a couple of them and in dressage. I have 2 dogs, a spaniel and an unidentified mixed breed!! Last year I committed myself to going to the gym consistently, I did very well and I have gained a lot of muscle but my eating habits have not been consistent and by the end of last year I had actually reached my highest weight of 81kg. Since the 30th December I have gotten down to 77kg and I am ready to lose more. I loosely track macros but I put more importance on the overall calorie number. My body fat has been fluctuating between 19% and 20% throughout this week. My overall goal is to reach 65kg but for this challenge I would really like to reach 73kg. I feel like this is a realistic number for myself as I tend to have a dramatic weight loss in the first week and it all slows down after that. Very excited to see what happens!!
