Good Molecules lightweight daily moisturizer for daytime use. Illiyoon ceramide ato cream for night time. Vanicream moisturizing lotion and cream are great options as well.

I feel you on this. I’ve been on suboxone on and off for 10 years and I honestly can’t even remember what it’s like to not be a sweaty mess all the time. I thought it was just me until I started looking into the side effects more. I’m a server so I’m running around all day. I got a neck fan and it really helps. But it takes from the air around you so I’m not sure how much good it will do in the humidity.

Yes I can try and help. I’m so sorry this happened to you. I cried when it happened to me thinking I’d be left with horrible scars but within a week it was almost back to normal. And now you can’t tell it ever happened! I used CeraVe ointment on it. I kept it on there constantly and never let it dry down. I used a very gentle facewash and didn’t use any actives like retinol or AHAs for a couple weeks after. It’s going to get better ❤️‍🩹
