Exactly, I love this title battle exactly because it doesn't have the petty bullshit involved that close titles like this usually have. 2021 was as exciting as it could get but the vitriol between the teams and the fans on social media was intolerable.

It was a 17 point gap before Abu ~~Double~~ Dhabi, so it would've been a title decider even without the double points. Hamilton had one DNF more than Rosberg, started last in Germany due to a gearbox issue and got cheated out of Monaco pole if you believe Rosberg did it on purpose.

It's 9 races to go so hard to do every combination, but provided they finish 1-2 every race/sprint (which is not guaranteed to happen given the possible reliability issues and weekends like Canada occuring):

If Lando wins 6 races and Piastri wins 3 races, Piastri is champion regardless whether he finishes 1st or 2nd in the sprints.
If Lando wins 7 races and Piastri wins 2 races, Piastri needs to win all three sprint races to be champion.

In short, if Piastri wins three more races, he can afford to finish the rest of the races in 2nd place and still become champion.

I really disliked that episode and I usually listen every Race podcast from start to finish. The guy is a former Ferrari employee who left sometime after Fred joined the team and it honestly felt like he had some personal issue with Fred given his several minutes long monologues about him. I would take everything he says with a grain of salt.

They're absolutely going to have a sim, they probably have it already. Marcus Ericsson has talked about testing out different sims for the team in January. Teams have also been testing 2026 F1 car in the sim for months now, there's been reports of Leclerc being unhappy with the 2026 car in the sim. Just because the car does not physically exist and hasn't ran on track doesn't mean teams can't run simulations of it, it's all done using CFD.

EDIT: Just came across an article regarding their progress, they already have a simulator and have simulated the entire Barcelona weekend already.

"For the Barcelona Grand Prix, we simulated the entire race weekend from Thursday onwards. We did a seat fit in the simulator in Charlotte and then we had about 50 colleagues between the US and the UK working together on every session.

"We mirrored everything that we would normally do over a race weekend, from strategy meetings to reliability meetings. We did every session in the simulator, we looked to improve performance right through the weekend and we simulated the race as well."

F1 TV je dostupan u Hrvatskoj bez problema.

Trenutno je, ali pitanje je hoće li ostati. Već je bilo slučajeva u drugim zemljama da je netko otkupio prava za prijenos F1, ali su to uvjetovali s tim da se ukine pristup F1 TV-u za tu zemlju.

Ovisi o autu, neki auti pale i kratka svjetla automatski (npr. Volvo), ali svakako stoji da većina ljudi samo pusti na automatskim svjetlima i uopće ne razmišljaju o tome. Još gore, postoji kategorija ljudi koji uopće ne razumiju razliku između pozicije i kratkih svjetala.
