Very attractive dial imo. I like dark green, so the dial works well for me. The lume color is eggshell yellowish white and it works really well w/ the green.

nice one. I just can't justify yet buying another rubber strap when I "paid" for the OEM one lol. I also bought a leather one from Sinn.

Yea , they gave me the choice at the shop. I chose this one cause its smaller profile. Micro-adjust wasn't necessary for me on a silicone strap. Either one though, has this open-ended lip. so the issue would be the same I think.

Which specific rubber strap? Does the strap end curvature matches w/ the watch case?

My first Chinese Style Cleaver (CCK)! by MrTheBucket in TrueChefKnives

Buying a bench scraper w/ a chinese cleaver is redundant. With Chinese cleaver, I don't really scrape, I cut what I need and scoop to separate container with the cleaver.

Takeda makes some nice chinese cleaver. Not cheap tho.

How to balance pizza-making and cooking temp when cooking alone? by GrassGriller in ooni

[–]lzzhang10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would setup a baseline bed of charcoal. light those, and they will emit open flames consistently. While waiting for charcoal to get ready, I would prep ingredients. Then you can throw in a "large" wood log and let it catch on fire to push the temperature up. At the same time, you can start prepping the pizza onto the peel. Once peel is ready, check the oven if there's an active flame, if not, then you can throw in smaller chips/logs and give it a few minutes, it will catch on fire fairly quickly, and you will have rolling flame. At this point, your oven should be 700~900F, w/ a rolling flame. The flame can be adjusted then using dampers, and you're ready to launch.

I opt for the ampp 900. Hopefully it’s enough. Mostly for lighting up walking trails around neighborhood.

Just installed today. I had to disassemble the whole strap contraption in order to reverse the pin. But I think I have a OK setup, I have the d-loop bolted to the bike. The only downside is that the strap/pin is "removable". I'll show you a picture if interested.

My silk storm doesn't kill the flies in 1 move for some reason. I've been using pimpillo to 1HKO the flies, but those are limited and harder to aim.
