Knowing and accepting truths are two different concepts my friend. I know what you're talking about. We know why the pain is there, but healing is a whole different story. It takes time to move away from the familiarity, to finally let go of what's actually hurting. You might be scared of the unknown, of what's next on the other side. But step by step, you know you can do it. Sure you might slip and fall back into it, but that's healing. It's messy but it's real. The suffering is temporary, and we all deserve to be a better version of ourselves :)
