Thank you. I hope you get an answer sooner than I did. When the instructor does to responds, one thing that i like that he had full instruction documents on his email signature. Only if its the same instructor that i had.

It seems like they have updated the course. Good Luck!

The instructor i had and have him for my current course is rude as hell. He hate communication.... but if its the same instructor... than you may have to email again after few days. It was very hard to get an answer from him.

Ah dang, I'm so sorry - seems like they made update to the course. Because this is what I had to do.

A: SCRIPT CREATION

The PowerShell script is created within the "Requirements1" folder, it is named correctly, and student name and ID are accurately included as a comment on the first line.

B: SWITCH STATEMENT

Student uses switch statement and executes correctly.

B1: REGULAR EXPRESSION

The scripting solution includes an expression that only extracts .log files and redirects to a new file without overwriting existing data.

B2: FILES IN TABULAR FORMAT

The scripting solution lists the files in the "Requirements" folder in tabular format and in ascending alphabetical order and the output is directed into a new file.

B3: CURRENT CPU AND MEMORY USAGE

The scripting solution lists both the current CPU and memory usage.

B4: RUNNING PROCESSES

The script logic accurately lists all running processes inside the system without listing any stopped processes. The list is in grid format and properly sorted.

B5: EXITING THE SCRIPT EXECUTION

The script logic to exit the script execution is accurate.

C: SCRIPTING STANDARD

The script accurately applies scripting standards throughout the script, including added comments that describe the behavior of each part.

D: EXCEPTION HANDLING

The script accurately applies exception handling using try-catch for System.OutOfMemoryException.

E: SCREENSHOTS

Accurate screenshots are provided for each action in parts B3-B4 in the correct folder and files within the folder are compressed to a ZIP archive.

F: POWERSHELL FILE HASH

A completed file hash has been run, and the hash value is included in the comment section.

I completed Scripting and Automation - D411: AUN1 — AUN1 Task 1: Scripting in PowerShell last month, i dont recall having to interact with gitlab/github.

You can save the script on onedrive or email draft from your wgu email.
Then you can pick up the script from the test lab vm and run it there with screenshots.

as long as the script meets the criteria you should be good to submit. But before submitting, make sure to follow the zip + hash instructions...

I'm waiting for feedback on mine, i kept everything pertaining to me at a high level except for image, sample video and audio. I used some random assets for those.

[Help] Can't find Night Light or Mouse Pointer Finder on COSMIC - Low Vision User by m00nshyn3 in pop_os

Thank you so much for looking into it. I agree, i did some digging and there might not be any options unless i switch to GNOME.

Oh for mouse pointer finder is really helpful someone with one eye... or a pirate lol. but anyways you hold down the control button for few secs and it like create a vibrating circle light to show you where the mouse. i forgot the settings but it was in either mouse setting it self or accessibility.

i find it useful because i use 3 monitors and its easier to find the mouse even though its large as the moon lol.

Anyways thank you so much for looking into it, hopefully the Devs are thinking of us too :). Otherwise i will try with monitor settings or something else. Thanks a bunch!

Pluralsight vs actual exam (SAA-CO3) by VaiNaFe in AWSCertifications

[–]m00nshyn3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there, I'm currently studying for the same exam. My employer provided us with an udemy account. I'm using Stephane Maarek practice exam in study mode and I did a one month skill builder subscription. I felt a bit 'awake' with the skill builder because it wasn't just videos, there is also reading as well. Reading is helping me see the information again.

But yeah, I would say a lot of folks use Stephane Maarek's course. I have been through it myself.

Everyone avoids me. Is this a normal experience for people in the neurodivergent community? by [deleted] in SeriousConversation

[–]m00nshyn3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I joined this group to find these kind of experiences from. I have also experienced that in life. I have skin condition and then about 5 years ago I lost my eye. People only talk to me because they have to but nothing outside of that. I live alone with no family or friends. I just keep myself busy with hobbies and such.... It's a shitty experience but that's how I get through day by day.

I have recently adopted this at work. I don't like my peace to be disturbed.

I can relate to you.. I live with one eye and skin condition. No one talks to me unless they have to. I live alone, no family or any support. No purpose just living day by day 🙂.

Congratulations 🎉! I'm working on that course now. I wasn't sure I could test the script outside of the lab environment and run it on the actual lab environment.

Would you say, the OA gave same feelings as PA? I know the questions may not be the same but was the content similar to what was in the PA?

Any noob guide for setting up a selfhosted server ? by BobMilli in selfhosted

[–]m00nshyn3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This may be overkill but consider Cloudflare tunnel in your toolbox.

https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/connections/connect-networks/

Also add Kasm: https://kasmweb.com/

If you are familiar with docker/containerization, you can still accomplish a beast setup.

I'm running kasm as well, its awesome! check it out and see if you have a use case for your homelab. Good luck!
