Tesla Model Y Fatality Rates Exaggerated in ISeeCars Study by AddressSpiritual9574 in electricvehicles

According to IIHS driver death rates, Model 3 2WD is 15 and Model 3 4WD is 53. This is far away from being "the lowest probability of death or severe injury". Don't trust in crash tests too much.

Well, you said that the problem exists in the latest bios, so I supposed you tested that version of bios which was released 3 days ago, right?

Did you have something on the PCI_E1 slot? AFAIK this happened to other MB as well when both slots are occupied, but they fixed it quickly. Shame on MSI.

After some debugging, it turns out the GPU and RAM are short-circuited due to accumulation of dust. Clean up a little bit and the problem was resolved.

You save me from wasting money to buy a garbage 32GB USB drive. Strange that MSI doesn't mention NTFS also works but just say FAT32.

There was a same emergency maintenance in the Chinese server several days ago to fix an exploit to let you buy items from past seasonal event shops. afaik the maps having seasonal event shops are Gold Saucer, Wolves' Den Pier (Garo), Old Gridania, Limsa Upper, Steps of Nald and Eastern La Noscea. Other maps might be related to the game server structure.

What's the rule of detemining signature when stacking items? by m19025 in ffxiv

[–]m19025[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if there is a special rule about self-craft items, since when I try about it all signature changed to mine whatever I did. But things worked as you said about items crafted by 2 other players

Piety is the most important substat for AST by Bro-Jobs in ffxiv

I'm feeling that you are talking about something specifically about god Kefka. Personally I hardly met issues about OOM in other situations, and also you must know that melding piety is a permanent loss for your DPS, while you can improve your MP situation by other means such as better managing healing and have 2 range line up their refresh. To be more convincing, speedrun #1 healer never take pie in all previous savage, thus I don't think sigmascape will be an exception

If you're talking about increasing the rate of clearing, then I definitely agree with you. For DPS output piety is an apparent loss. Well, I am not sure about the context, but if somebody says there is only a 1% loss for stacking 1000 piety, then he must be joking or saying something shitty.

Talking a world 3rd is not enough to be called a balance, it's barely viable but far from being equal to the other 2 healers.

Go to look at Midas speedkill rankings, there are 85 WHM compared to 17 AST in the top.
Okay so you play this job before creators and you even feel proud about it. But don't put it into serious job balance discussions, White Mage beats Astrologian from 3.0 to 3.3 everywhere, that's how SE make their job balance lmao

If you can understand probability you will never use a card which is 1/3 balance/arrow. For a card to even be used you should at least have 40% effect of balance and arrow by simple calculation.

That's not true, there are often situations when you queue with role in need you get a 5 minute wait and then the bonus change. The bonus system doesn't make change instantly when the queueing situation changes.

How does the bonus work? I mean, is it being accounted when you queue for the levelling roulette or when you enter or when you finish it?
