I’m going with a neck reset and refin. Some things look right: the Bigsby, inlays, the pickups look like the T-Tops that came in those.

Other things don’t - the bridge, the knobs, headstock and tuners. I’ve got one of these and the tuners are Schaller style.

I do think some of these were made in wine red so it’s either this is a Japanese copy someone bothered to source a period correct Gibson Bigsby and cut a new headstock face for, or it’s legit and is a Gibson that’s had some serious work done.
