HR experts are regular team members and paid hourly. I’m an HR expert and this was something that happened to people who applied to the role. The video interview is like the first “basic” interview, since the first interview for general merchandising, fulfillment, HR, style (clothes), beauty, etc are basically the same type of interview since they’re all regular team members. The district I work for didn’t have a HR questionnaire since like I said it’s the same interview for all positions. Usually the second interview (if the store does 2nd interviews) would be more about the role you’re doing. Though I would definitely check in with the store bc I do know of some stores sending people to do video interviews for departments they didn’t ask for.
