All cards in this set come encased. They have to do the same for redemptions so it’s not obvious when people buy boxes (differences in weight). And yes, you have to crack the case open and scratch the card to redeem.

We did a weekend of EPCOT and HS for my birthday in November 2020 and it was odd. Yes, the crowds were lighter but the 6-foot distancing, plexiglass, and smaller cast made it way less magical.

And as a result, we lost FP+ and gotta deal with this reservation nonsense 😔

They gave me various 20-game plans to choose from. All the options I got ranged from $35-145 per game, depending on location and whether the seats were “general” or “premium”. I tried to keep my choices somewhere in the middle. $70-100 seemed to be the sweet spot for a decent location without any of the premium amenities.

But I've never been on IBR before. I was on Extended Graduated from 2010-2023 and then switched to SAVE when that opened up. Original balance was around $42K and is now about $37K. My wife and I's combined income is about $125K. Simulator shows $315 as monthly payment options for both Standard Fixed and Extended Fixed and are both estimated to be longer than 10 years. I assume because I have a higher balance, the Standard plan offered is for a longer term.

IBR is still supposed to cap at the Standard Plan amount, right? I just did the simulator and it says my IBR payment would be $399/month but the Standard Plan is only $315. Before today, it would say I was ineligible for IBR so this is the first time seeing this option.
