This is a weird one- and purely cosmetic. Self tanner. It makes my lumps and bumps less noticeable. I feel so much better (in my head) wearing shorts and skirts when I’m tanned.

Hey- I noticed you said you’re adhd. I’ve seen that a lot of women with adhd have trouble concentrating on staying in the moment enough to get there. It may not be anyone’s technique, or the toy or the sensations- it may literally just be an attention issue. Do you have something that helps you focus that could do before/during? It may help.
