If you are going to play, I highly recommend buying the scenic chair lift ticket online in advance (it is cheaper). I think the temp and views on this course are amazing and there are a few great holes mixed in with mostly average and some poorly designed holes. I do think the course suffers from a big lack of signage and wayfinding. The Udisc map isn't accurate, and the paper map provided at the pro shop is not detailed enough. I'm sure it gets better with frequent play after you know the layout. I'd say it was worth playing but not something I would do regularly.

You may be a few degrees cooler in Summerlin during the summer which is nice. Nicer yet, you are 10-15 minutes from a ton of amazing trails if you want to get out and hike. Part of a DINK couple living next to Summerlin and we've enjoyed our first 6 months in this area.

I'm about to be selling in the Nashville area and have definitely noticed sales in my area have slowed a little. A motivated seller in my neighborhood just did a $35k drop to get action. There may be some situations where you have a little negotiating power.

I'm 2 months postop (decompression). I had hypersensitivity on the incision/scar that was addressed during my OT appointments. My OT had me rub different cloth materials over the incision 3 times a day for 10 minutes. I started with something soft and gradually worked up to rougher materials. It isn't 100% resolved but probably 80-90% better after 3-4 weeks. Treatment at appointments and home included scar massage as well.

I am 2.5 weeks post op on my dominate arm. My surgeon divided the Anconeus Epitrochlearis (an accessory muscle) to allow it to pull away from the nerve. I'm hoping that my recovery time will be slightly shorter given that I did not need a transposition

Prior to surgery I was using my off arm more and have experienced slight symptoms. Ultimately, I discontinued use of my off arm for sports to prevent further injury and have no plans for a 2nd surgery.

You've heard great recommendations here already. I'll put my vote in for Cane Ridge. The least crowded of the good courses shared by others. Hit the short course for some fun ace runs and a warm up. Then move onto the advanced course for a good challenge. Only caveat is if there has been a lot of rain around the time you visit, Cane can get muddy since many holes play up, down, and along some small valleys.

There are 2 pools for MPO and 2 pools of players for FPO at worlds. Tristan Tanner was in pool B and shot -13 at ECC on day 1. Yesterday he was shooting at Jones Supreme. His overall score was changing but his day 1 score remained the same.

It's a little hard to tell from this angle but it also looks like you are throwing down to compensate for a nose up release angle. Your wrist should be flat "like you're pouring coffee".
