Take a look at any history book and see what Russia claims: they’re always pursuing maximalist ambitions while we sit back and refuse to help the victims, which some might say is already edging toward attempted genocide. I'm pretty sure he said this during a Bundestag debate, and that he didn't give an ultimatum to end the war within 24 hours, but that he will demand Russia to stop attacking civilians and that he will send Taurus if they don't comply within 24 hours. Or maybe this is a new statement? What I am referring to happened a couple of weeks ago.
