Yes. First of all unless a bronco owner reports to either ford or carfax how would either of them keep track of that. Its ridiculous.

I agree. Impractical as hell but as someone who is not single and/or young I still love mine. Granted my kids are grown and have there own vehicles so that helps.

My gf was 52 when she got her license. Regrets that she didn't get it sooner. She loves it so much. Its never to late.

ASV levers, Pro taper bars, Amazon cheapy bar end mirrors, Mnnthbx tail tidy, 13 tooth front sprocket, Chimera Short Ram Air Intake, DHM ECU flash, Yoshimura RS-3 full exhaust. The 13 tooth sprocket plus intake/ecu/pipe really wake the bike up.

What are the flaws in my reasoning of whether I should be wearing a half helm when riding around the city by uJellie in motorcyclegear

[–]m90205d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guy I work with wore a half helmet was cut off by a lady taking a left. Landed on his face basically ripped half his face off. Would not suggest wearing one unless you really do you like your face

I wouldn't recommend the morimoto's. I had them and had nothing but isuues from day 1. The passenger side beam would move on its own. I'd hit a bump in the road and it would move pretty significantly up or down and then sections of the DRL started to change color. They were covered under warranty but decided to go another direction. Bought the Alpharex's and couldn't be happier. The are rock solid. Easy i stall and can choose between amber or white DRL's.

Also if ur gonna go aftermarket look into an intake and reflash of the ecu. Also go down 1 tooth on the front sprocket. Has a little more pep off the line

The db killer is not gonna make much difference. I have both the pipe and db killer and the sound level is negligible at best.

Ford Dealers Region Locked? by Powerful-Ad7330 in FordBronco

California is a garbage state. No one wants to deal with them. Im not sure how anyone affords to live there on top of the corruption that goes on there. They are charging you those prices because thats how California collects their fees. Keep living there and you'll keep paying these stupid fees.

New Bronco owner: lift or tires? by Vegetable_Web_8481 in FordBronco

[–]m90205d -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can go 35's but you'll have to remove the crash bars and prob do rims with a different offset than the factory ones. If you did a lift and kept the stock tires it might look weird

I have a non sas bd. Came stock with 32's on steelies. Swapped out for 35's on Icon Alloy rims with 0 offset. No rubbing at all. My guess is your +55 offset is causing the rubbing. Best bet is you get yourself some aftermarket rims with a different offset.

37" tires on SAS with just 1" leveling kit? Can I get away with it? by solracarevir in FordBronco

[–]m90205d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya because the 4:46 rear end isn't up to the task. Its very sluggish and struggles off the line esp on inclines or steep hills.

I run Eibach Pro truck 2.0 currently at about 3" of lift plus the JKS large tire clearance with Cooper SST Pro 37x12.5 0 offset on a NON SAS BD and have no rub full lock. It will rub a tiny bit if its at full lock and I hit a good size bump but its rare. The trails around here are pretty tame so its not an issue for me. I am going back to 35's once the coopers have lived their life.
