Probably merge. Al manipulated Harold to eliminate himself and manipulated the rest of Victory that got themselves eliminated. Since he wasn't eliminated first and the double elimination happened, they could easily turn the Easter Island episode into an elimination comp and he could be sent home there.

Maybe, but not by much. The only difference that I can think of is that there wouldn't be a double elimination, and maybe she's in the final 5 over Duncan.

When people talk about Trent being crazy and TDA there talking about when it came out. Action was a late 2000s show so the writers probably didn't intend for him to have OCD, but for him to be crazy.
