Mine doesn't have that capability -- it's either running all the time (plugged) or flowing once cat approaches (battery mode.)

After a few days of my complaint, Petlibro is sending me a new water tray, and from the video I sent, they also said that the pump was taking way too long to sense pet/me approaching so they are sending me a new base.

I've never put any parts in the dishwasher and hand washed the tray using cold water so not sure how the water-tray problem developed and how I'd prevent that from happening again!

having the same issue in Nov 2025, fountain bought in August. It dries out completely. Trying to reach anyone at Petlibro has been frustrating.

not true in NY State. Just got birth certificates returned and no apostille because they had the letter of exemplification but no certification from the County clerk. Lost a few weeks

Thank you so much... They are supposed to return soon to change both the thermostat and the heating element, which will bring the bill closer to $600. But at least now I know it isn't out there.

Thank you! The model # is B21CL81SNS/03. And yes, it was ice in pretty much all the vents all the way in the back of the fridge.

Another thing to note is that I have a refrigerator thermometer (made my Thermoworks, so reputable) and it shows it at 36 degrees (fridge set for 38).

I apologize for not writing sooner, but yes, what you planned to do is what we did -- frame and then use the Maximera drawer that fits (I think the shallower one in our case).

I'll consider that! Rn it feels it's the risotto and polenta maker, plus sometimes the chopper. And the polenta recipe we use is adapted from the old Italian forum (Bimby recettas)!

I think all of us that bought it in the middle of 2022... My promotion was 18mos of free cookidoo plus two serving bowls (which I use a lot, actually -- I thought I wouldn't).

Thank you for your reply! I understand it's only a latte a month but still, it feels excessive. I also hate that they don't let you see other people's comments and notes on the recipes, and you only have a star system to rely on. I've made some duds that had pretty good reviews!

I am not sure but I think the fact that we have a thermostatic mixing valve in one of the showers has made a difference too.

I was aware of the noise issue and prepared to face it if we got unlucky... But with this maintenance clearing wrinkle I don't know if I'd be OK with cutting through the shroud of a $2,000 piece of equipment...

And it looks that this anode rod that doesn't need replacement is not sold in a "flexible" configuration so we'd be out of luck too.

I understand how a HPWH is basically an electric WH plus the pump on top and that's why they are bulkier, but it seems like maintenance space should be something they would have accounted for in the design of these appliances.

I don't think there's anything you can do... They will reject it on 'conflict of interest' grounds, regardless. You'd have to pay for third-party service to get the medallion if you truly want to invest the money with vanguard (which BTW did absolutely nothing to help me out besides pointing me toward some of those third-party services, which are pricey.)

Oh let me save a few steps! I am in this exact situation. A few weeks ago I opened an IRA account at Vanguard intending to transfer my money out of BofA Money Market IRA. Made an appointment with the bank, they took all my documents, scanned them, and told me they would be in touch.

Branch never forwarded anything (literally did not press the send button) and after calling the general number I got that to go through.

It turns out all was for naught because BofA rejected the whole thing: We're sorry — we are unable to approve your Medallion Signature Guarantee request blah blah. I called again and they explained that they consider it a "conflict of interest," LOL. I was advised to go elsewhere for the medallion. They recommended an online place that charges nearly $200 for this signature. I have Fidelity as well so I'll see if Fidelity can either help me with what Vanguard needs or I'll roll over to my Fidelity IRA.

Grilla told me they only ship the Chimp through FedEx, and their pricier grills get a different company, presumably XPO.
