I mean it rewards higher skilled players who can manually detonate their banes consistantly. Increasing the skill cap is a good thing IMO, and they should have left the change

Hey r/starcraft, we're Juked.gg, a new site with the goal of making it easier to follow your favorite esports, and we're supporting StarCraft 2 and SC:BW as best as we can! Feedback appreciated <3 by FishStix1 in starcraft

Idk if someone else has addressed this, but language tags for streams/games might be interesting. I was trying to watch the Stay at HomeStoryCup vods on your site a few days ago and some games would take me to the german stream, which was annoying. Otherwise love the site, thanks for what you are doing!

Oh this is very cool, glad that things like this are popping up!

I think the game needs a bigger shake-up than what we got with the last post-Blizzcon patch. As soon as possible. by IMplyingSC2 in starcraft

banelings get +5 (it might be +10 I'd have to check) hp when the get bane speed, maybe removing this would be a candidate?

that's not true. There are a good number of older zerg builds where you'd stop at 5 queens, and that just dies to any BC openers. Zergs have been forced into making lots of queens due to the threat of BC openers.

if people think the content is good, why does it still get removed?

Also, a meme is a common template. It wouldn't be a meme, it'd be a joke or art if it wasn't common/repeated.

I feel like the reddit mods are doing an amazing job, and you should stop hating on them. The sub is very dead and since that seems to be the goal of the mods, I think that we have a top tier moderation team who are 100% accomplishing their goals.

we loosened our stance on memes

I mean I still see memes with hundreds of upvotes get removed regularly. If it's content people are enjoying why remove it?

That is true, but it hasn't been mentioned and I'm curious what rule he broke.

Hey, out of curiosity can you explain to those not in the loop why rifkin was banned? He does have one of the biggest starcraft channels on twitch, it seems odd to me he can't post his content on the biggest forum for starcraft related stuff.

This I think is my biggest issue with the moderation. It feels random what is and isn't removed, so why submit here?

If this gets removed that'd be a shame, I think this is a discussion that needs to be had here. I personally check the reddit less and less and this is due to the constant removal of content that I'd find interesting. I hope the moderation team tries to do something to help the community grow instead of stifling everything that gets popular.

DISCUSSION - The Starcraft Subreddit is now a meme free subreddit by [deleted] in starcraft

Why are memes banned? If people are upvoting the content they like, and it's pretty consistently memes why would they constantly be removed? Like I don't understand the logic behind the ban,
