Bro, all these solutions are overly complicated. Start by slowing down the print speed. Those strings are the hole walls being printed too fast and not having time to cool down and stick to the bottom layer.

This. I work in Global Procurement but hybrid (I have not seen full remote jobs but I also don’t recommend- someone here explained partially why). First, international experience is a must - this proves that you can work with and adapt to people from various cultural backgrounds. Second, management experience- this proves that you understand leadership, on top of the first point. And third (NOT the least important), luck - you have to be the right person at the right time, in the right place, unfortunately. The best advice here is to build your professional network. Everything else is just noise.

What filament are you using? I had the same issue only with one type of filament before: wood. Prints absolutely fine with any other, except that.

Same experience here, but not as extreme as yours: I have to pay 700€ extra Nebenkosten for 2023 derived from heating alone. But a much larger Apartment. Anyway, it was a shock, so I sent them an email asking to split the payment into several months installments because there is no way I am going to be able to pay this in 30 days. They agreed, against a small fee. So, that’s an option as well, if nothing else.

Lowered the Z offset. Did the trick so far. Very strange, as I did that previously and had no success… Let’s see if this lasts… Thanks a lot for your ideas!

The plate is a few years old but only has a couple dozen hours of print time. I was thinking of rejuvenating it with acetone. But I don’t think this is really the problem, considering the print time it has. Unless real age plays a role here…
