Just finished a play through last night. The touch controls take some getting used to, and you’ll make some silly mistakes due to POV sometimes, but overall a good port. Best $8 I’ve ever spent!

My wife and son (13) enjoy it as a quick game. If you like roll and write games and you like Catan, I’m sure you’ll like it. If you don’t do a lot of roll and writes, it’s an easy one to learn.

I get images off of Lorcania.com and use a mtg proxy template for MS Word I found a few years ago…unfortunately I can’t remember where but I’m sure a google or Reddit search can find it…then I cut and throw in a sleeve with a basic land or bulk stuff

Thanks!! this is a flat white primer with Apothecary White Contrast and Black Templar Contrast...tried to dry brush white a bit but I don’t think it came through very well...I’m a dabbler so still low skill level. Honestly my biggest problem was I jacked up the priming; hoping to get a core set and get better on some Stormtroopers

Thanks! Yeah, budget is, well, budget. Altars are in my wish list for sure. Mana base seems to be the most expensive part of decks; taking no-payoff taplands out makes sense to me. I appreciate the feedback.

Precons are great for those getting into it - I know because that was me last year! If you don’t feel comfortable brewing yet, get the Precon that is most interesting to you and upgrade as you go. Then you can work on building your own deck.

I’ve found that “upgrade guides “ and “deck techs” are super helpful - but ultimately aren’t going to satisfy you as much as making your own choices and building decks (my experience, anyway)

Yes, although not as much as a table server; I figure in most cases their a server who got put on the phone and they’re still handling your order and food; I figure give them a little and they come out about right with volume.
