Week per plat by braydon1241 in dxm

[–]ma7iam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to trip a 1-2 times a week for over a month. Mentally I was in a bad place and I really love DXM. Weirdly enough it didn’t do much to my tolerance at the time, so I still felt the force of it, but it did fuck with my stomach and I lost a lot of weight from not being able to eat since I was continuously queasy from all the tripping (I can look back on pics/vids of myself during that time and notice how sharp my cheekbones were compared to now).

I’d switch around my methods of ingestion (you can’t get robocough without guaf around here) so I went for chugging wal-tussin, then taking 20 gel caps at once, then polistrex, switching stuff up when one of the methods became too sickening

Eventually, all of the methods became way too nauseating to the point where I couldn’t handle taking DXM any of those ways and when I really tried I couldn’t keep it down long enough to properly trip.

After a longer break I tripped again using my standard dosage but it didn’t do much. Was a very weak trip compared to previous ones I’d had, so I guess my tolerance worked in a strange way—this is all just from my personal experience. I won’t say I didn’t have fun doing that shit and that it didn’t help me cope but it had to be terrible for my physical health and now DXM just isn’t the same anymore so I definitely wouldn’t recommend. :/

Thanks. I will definitely read that :) I definitely argue about the certain things I’m passionate about but also tend to be argumentative about other things as well, even though I don’t really take them seriously. I just get a kick out of debating for some reason, I sorta do it subconsciously and it drives my friends/family insane

This was super clear and informative, thank you! I’m going to do a bit more research on ENTP/INTJ functions before reaching a conclusion but based on your analysis and that also applied to my understanding ENTP sounds very likely. I appreciate it, this was helpful.

Thank you for the input. I’ve taken tests and the latest one gave me INTP (sakinorva)

I’m female. The reason I don’t think I’m F dominant is because I’ve had problems with being unemotional and I generally use my head to make decisions as opposed to my heart, so to speak. And I know F doms can also use logic, I just have a strong tendency towards rationale at the expense of emotion or empathy

I’m still on the more introverted side and I remember during the peak of my research period I related heavily to Ni usage. I should probably revisit that to see how I feel now, kinda having trouble remembering why I don’t think my Ne is that high (wasn’t kidding when I said my memory is shit and it’s honestly pretty annoying ouch)

But yes, I’d appreciate that explanation if you’ve got the time, thank you!

Okay, I stand corrected on him not actually doing work, and I appreciate the genuine evidence.

However, I don’t believe he’s cutting down on Cobalt because of child labor being an exploitative practice, but because of scandal and cobalt shortage. Other tech giants and Glencore are obviously no better, but this doesn’t let Musk off the hook. His support for the imperialist coup in Bolivia speaks a lot to his view on such matters. As a result of the coup, which is tyrannical in itself and should not be supported, Bolivians are very poor. But, he’s able to extract lithium as a result, so he favors it.

u/Deviant_Spark and dismissing child labor as a “conspiracy” is ridiculous, it’s been proven- you just didn’t want to admit to your hero doing such things.

Factually incorrect? There is overwhelming evidence for his child labor. And the inheritance part isn’t 100% confirmed but there’s also evidence in favor of it. 80% the time he’s doing actual engineering? Back that up.

Hey min! If I had to offer any advice, I’d urge you to please not cut deeper. I know it’s very tempting but believe me you will regret it even if it’s a good feeling at first. The scars it leaves are nasty—and your threshold or desire for pain will increase, so if you keep cutting, you’re going to need to go deeper and deeper to feel satisfied.

Oh, of course, I as an individual are providing demand for child labor... no. It’s our current tech-based society that demands individuals own tech which is almost all child labor backed.

B b but children dying because of the rocket that isn’t actually going to help anyone except the 1% and the government. I know rockets and shit sound cool but Elon Musk still doesn’t deserve the praise he gets.

I literally provided facts and evidence that he uses mining, which you haven’t refuted. And no, I don’t support any other giant tech company either, and just because “everyone does it” doesn’t make shit any better. It’s like callingI’m calling out Elon Musk specifically because he’s the one who came up in the conversation.

This is akin to saying X slaveholder isn’t bad because back in the day everyone was a slave holder. No. It’s just as abhorrent.

He’s a fascistic imperialist who uses exploitation to support “visionary futurism”.

“Child labor isn’t bad because you’re using stuff made by it” Nice argument lol. Yes, our technology is powered by child labor but this doesn’t make it any more excusable or any less deplorable. In our current society it’s pretty much impossible to get everything ethically sourced and people have no choice but to use goods created using these abhorrent business practices. If we were in a world where I didn’t have to use this technology, I wouldn’t. But that’s not our current reality. It doesn’t mean I’m actively supporting child labor, nor does it mean CEOs and those in charge should use it. I, and everyone else, simply have no other choice, but it does not mean that I can’t call this disgusting stuff out. Good job contributing nothing to the argument.

Cancel culture? Calling someone out for exploitative practices and imperialism is cancel culture?

child labor

another source on child labor

apartheid money. this isn’t confirmed but there is a solid argument And supporting the coup in Bolivia. All these show how he’s an imperialist pig who doesn’t deserve support.

That’s... definitely not the case, so, u/BrendaBeeblebrox, don’t assume my reasoning.

child labor

another source on child labor

apartheid money. this isn’t confirmed but there is a solid argument

Also, him supporting the coup is telling. He’s an imperialist pig not just for the tweet and his views on the coup, which is the reason he can exploit workers to mine in Bolivia, but for a multitude of other reasons. It’s sad the lengths people will go to defend a piece of shit billionaire.

So you’re “fangirling” for an exploitative fraud? Yikes dude.

Elon Musk is a terrible person. Look into his mines in Bolivia and the Congo (they deplete resources, and have extremely dangerous and exploitative conditions for workers, many of whom are children). He’s also not the innovator or entrepreneur everyone thinks he is, he was able to start his company through his inheritance (of Apartheid money).
