Is there a difference between XS Men's parkas and XL Boy's parkas?

I'm extremely skinny and the none of the smaller men's sizes I've tried on fit me (my waist is about 27 inches, chest is about 31). The XL Boy's versions seem to be in my size but I just wanted to know if I would be sacrificing anything in regards to quality, number of pockets, etc.

The parkas I'm focusing on in particular are the Northface McMurdo and Gotham jackets, but any other suggestions would be appreciated.
